         <description><![CDATA[<div>R. The leveled system would work better at the elementary and middle school levels.<br>R. I like the point system at Valley Park but we didn't have someone to focus on the point system and implement because of limited staffing (EBR Readiness).<br>R. Home life can be a barrier for attendance.<br>R. I think it can be successful if it is used consistently and with students buy-in.<br>R. Great giving another reason to succeed when they are running out of options.</div>]]></description>
