The relationship between the two presidents for Evo Morales and the United States president has been patchy for the past couple of years.

The relationship is like this because Evo wants to legalize coca and some other drugs in his country to help "better" the economy. But that is strictly what the united states is trying to prevent is the growth of the illegal drugs.

So since they don't see eye to eye on that President Evo has thought to remove the U.S. embassy from La Paz but we think the reason he hasn't done it yet is because the United States id 87% of the trade in North America and one of Bolivia's best trading partners.
https://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/35751.htm
