         <description><![CDATA[<div>While audits can be done internally to assess the needs required to generate SMART INFORMATION. When it comes to actual content generation - it may not be as straightforward as it seems. In the Effective Message Design Workshop I conducted, less then 10% of the attendee have any idea of the Marketing Terms I introduced. <br><br>While it may be easy for marketing trained professionals like yourself. Those without proper marketing training is ill-equipped to generate any form of effective contents for the companies.  This is not a ONE-OFF training, the external help you seek must </div><ul><li>be familiar with your industry</li><li>be familiar with digital transformation processes</li><li>be willing to visit your clients and show how proper research, customer touchpoint evaluations, message design and A/B testing are properly done.</li><li>help you with structuring how content is to be generated</li><li>help you structure how feedback should be collected, digitized and analysed.</li></ul><div>Good digital transformation expertise are rare in ASIA and be expected to pay a reasonable price for engaging their services. To what I know, since the PaaS trend really took off in 2016/17 - this is the Dilemma.</div><ul><li>There are many <strong><em>Millennials</em></strong> who are digital savvy.</li><li>There are many generation X who have the necessary wisdom and business acumen accumulated with experience and insights that is required to transform a company.</li></ul><div>But when it comes to transformation - digital Savvy without wisdom is as pointless as content without audience. <br><br>Ultimately, its Digital Transformation we need, not disruption. <br><br>Whats your opinion?</div>]]></description>
