Could teachers offer more support to their students with Xello if they were grouped by grade? Trying to help one sophomore in an advisory with all juniors can lead to missed learning opportunities.

*Replying to the "Clubs" note: It is my understanding (member of the Advisory Group) that we don't want to define a specific day for clubs/activities because 1. many students are in more than one club so working around the majority of students would allow for a date change and 2. if we require only one day it is more difficult to move times and meetings around when we have something like a snow day.

We could have it sync up to our Outlook Calendar, and would allow approval by both teachers and might help to create advocacy with our students.

Awesome! --I hope the person who suggested this can contact Ruth Stephenson or Nancy Dettmer to share more details on this process--we'd love to have you on the Action Research Team!
