         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Student performance is directly proportional to teacher performance.<br><br>The coach plays a critical role as a growth catalyst within the feedback cycle.<br><br>The key variables within the feedback cycle are:<br>Abundance<br>Immediate<br>Specific<br><br>"Feedback acelerates learning."<br><br>These three variables align to have the most impact of persistence.&nbsp;<br><br>As we learn the needs of our teachers, we have assess and identify how they best learn from the feedback loop, thus becoming masterful role models of the learning process to empower their students to be masters of their own learning.<br><br>The looping effect of "try it-get feedback-learn-improve" is the multiplier for persistance and efficancy of instructional delivery.<br><br></div>]]></description>
