Nowadays teleworking is growing more and more. Many companies are applying this system in their workers, but this has positive and negative aspects.

Firstly, we are going to the positive points. Teleworking offers greater freedom and comfort to the workers because you work from home and you do not have to go to the usual labour site. To continue, another important aspect it is just that teleworking reduces considerably the pollution because yo do not use your vehicle or public transport to move.

On the other hand, we find the disadvantages. An important negative aspect to keep in mind it is just that not all jobs can offer teleworking, only the related with technology. In addition, many people is not able to be productive from home and be able to organise their work alone.

To sum up the writing, I think teleworking is an insignificant progress and brings comfort when working, but many people are not used to working alone and are not so productive.
