In 1976, we added "Exeter" to our name. We are a private, nonprofit organization supported by on-going fundraising events (such as bazaars and tag sales), and the donations of time, money, and resources from friends, members, business leaders, and community leaders.

All animals are tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. They have also had their shots (including rabies), been wormed, and spayed or neutered before being put up for adoption to help cut down on the overpopulation of unwanted animals
