My name is Shaylen McCaskill, I am 21 years old and this is my 3rd semester taking courses for ECE. I am currently working an Advanced Behavior Treatment Technician (ABTT) at Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP). 
I want to eventually own my own center for children on the Autism spectrum. 
I love working with kids and people. I love seeing families faces when their child(ren) accomplish something great and that is why I came into ECE. I want to see those smiles and those "Thank you so much" from parents and kids.
