So Beyonce is capturing the power of sex appeal through both her image and her lyrics to sell her song.

So the man decides to help her get the bottle off the shelf but then when he realizes that they are Heineken bottles he keeps them for himself instead of giving them to her. Alongside the sexual appeal there is also a bit of humor added.

So his partner takes a lime and sprays him with it. Just like the man in the commercial, the viewers are supposed to be intrigued by the woman in the bikini.
