Human resources and People. <br>Having people operate, control and that can manipulate the raw materials into goods or services for the consumers is a huge part of business. Without a good HR team and employees the dynamic of productivity and work flow can drastically change internally within a business. <br><br>2. Structure<br>Structure within the business is the foundation of the organization to ensure productivity along with procedures and protocols. A change within the procedures and protocols within the business, could affect the productivity and the efficiency.<br><br>External <br>1. Economical change<br>The fluctuation within the economy could really effect a business in what the consumers want, need and afford. Having new competitors as well as a change so economical status within the area could have a great impact within in a business. <br><br>2. Political change <br>A government law or regulation could change how a business preforms internal even their success. It could assist in the journey of a successful business or a business could not adapt to the political change causing it more harm. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>By christine- External and Internal sources of opportunity for change<br><br>External:<br>Economy: There is another economic recession that ends the global economy and its fraudulent and greed ridden unstable base for good...The opportunity is for company to get out there in the field, actually be in touch with people and create more intimate and highest good relationships with people and the earth and ecosystems we live on/ in...<br><br>Technological: A big computer bug/ hacker infests all online websites so its back to basics for companies.  Opportunity for company to change to a more customer service oriented experience for consumers.<br><br>Internal:<br>People: The owner decides to bring in a new CEO who is into ethical motivation (products, environment friendly, living wage, humane treatment of animals) in a big way. Great opportunity for company and consumers to learn giving and receiving are actually the same thing. Big growth for all, increased ethical buyers.<br><br>Processes: Workers start admitting the toxic products they are making, give them migraines and make them feel like crap 😁.  Opportunity for company to use environmentally friendly and sustainable raw materials and processes.  Company then carries on to get environmental certification.  Increased buyers due to increased product quality and planetary footprint...</div>]]></description>
