1. To have more contact with the floor
2. To loosen up with the swinging motion of the legs 
3. To work on the fluidity of the under the arm tuck, round movement on the floor.

Below the improvements and feedback has been applied.

My action plan for this was to use rehearsal tasks- so in respond to my feedback in which I was given I worked on using my 6 points in my body and connecting them to help me loosen up. 

Another one was for me to spend more time on the floor by slowing down my movements by using  different skills and by making sure that it was my aim to have my feet connected to the floor and that the side of my foot had more contact. 

To drill in the arm tuck on the floor, I took time by just staying in the position on the floor and just moving my arm back and forward underneath me to get the motion clear in my head so when it comes to performing it in the routine I know how to fluidly go into it.
