         <description><![CDATA[<div>The sonnet talks about how you should say that you love others even if you don't, or how the doctor tells the patient that they are healthy even though they aren't. This is important. As a person you need to have sensitivity in what you say. You wouldn't say bad things to someone that you care about, so why should you say something bad to someone that you don't care about as much, or someone that you don't even know?</div>]]></description>
