Elderly in Japan are more efficient and happier than the expectations. They last in their jobs longer than the average. This is because Japan government provides them with knowledge and opportunities. For instance, Toyoki Yamada was a sushi chief before he retires. However, he got a new opportunity to work in pruning. During this job he mention that he feels good and motivated in his life. In opinion, Countries must benefit from the elderly as best as possible because they can be better than the expectations

Currently, Japan's population has dramatically increased. Less new birth and significant number of elderly citizens are a factor that's make Japanese government worried about. Economy has been impacted by cutting of large amount of money to the pensioners. Likewise, Mr Toyoki Yamada is a retired person who used to be a sushi chef, ten years ago. Even he receive money from the government after he get retire, the government does not offer a large pension. As Mr Toyoki Yamada said, the main reason that he decided to work after retiring is not about the money. The main reason is when he's working, he gain his motivation.
