In Japan, many older people keep working after they retire, not for money but to stay healthy. Toyoki Yamada, who is 65 years old, used to be a sushi chef. After he retired, he started working as a tree pruner. The job is hard, but he enjoys being outside and staying active. Also, it helps him feel good and keeps his body strong. The story is just one example of how older people in Japan want to keep moving and do something meaningful. However, retirement is not about pension, it is about living well and staying connected to life.

Mr Toyoki Yamada mentioed in the video uesd to be a sushi chef, but now he is a gardener and is very motivated.
