1)Relates me very well.
2)My opinion and thinking is based on the environment, rules and regulation. Basically, my action needs to be align with the common background/environment
3)Easy to work with other, usually doesn't cause any headache to teammates (I think so). However, being only by the book wont solve the problem most of the time.
