For example: Castanyera, San Jordi, etc.

During La Castanyera, we celebrate the chestnut festivity and in San Jordi, we celebrate it with roses and books (Catalunya's patron saint)

I live in Salou. It is a city with many festivals.

Festivals are La Castanyera, Cos Blanc Carnival, Sant Jordi.

I do not like festivals .

During Carnaval festival we celebrate Carocas

and de people wear customes.

Sant Jordi festival we celebrate it buying boks or

flowers.

During La Castanyera festival we eat roasted chestnuts.

My favourite Tradition is "JENTILEN ETORRERA".

Is it a typical tradition, every year in Ataun San martin old people explain stories of basque mithology. It is interesting because you know a lot of charachters from the mithology. For example, Tartalo, lamiak, Torto de Muski, El caserió de Agerre.

They were typical costumes in this tradition.

They explain the stories to the Kids.

Althou they go to the forest to explore and see things of mithology.

In the morning they go with the family but in the night all the billage go to the billage place to explain stories, olso they do a theatre play of the mithology, they do the theatre play with typicals costumes.

The festivity dure two days.

Sant Jordi is a popular tradition in Catalunya, it is a party when people give presents books or roses, also this tradition is popular because it refers to the legend of saint George. People give presents to the people they love, roses and books. Sant Jordi is a very famous festivity which is celebrated in all cities in Catalunya.

Hello, my name is Masha. In my village one tradition is the napet pintxo. This day all the people of the village go to the square and buy tickets for have dinner. At the night you can choose the food you like more, for “buy” the food you give one of your tickets and they have a lot of types of food because every club of the village(futboll, shores, etc) have to choose one food for give, there are a lot of food and an example is: ice cream, hamburgers, vegetables, yogurt, etc.

It's very cool because you can eat different foods and talk with friends.
