         <description><![CDATA[<div>Based in Round Rock, Texas, Michael Minuto is a technical program manager with over 30 years of experience in areas of software development and program management. He began his career with Motorola in 1992, spending 17 years as a mobile handset application development manager. Between 2009 and 2018, he served in software engineering and leadership positions at Dell Computer, National Instruments, and Charles Schwab. Prior to joining the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation in 2019, Michael Minuto led product management, development, design, and testing activities as the chief operating officer and co-founder of the Good Citizen Network in Austin.<br><br>As a technical program manager and manager of customer success with the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, Mr. Minuto’s responsibilities center around Ed-Fi grants and helping local education agencies and collaboratives effectively implement funds and resources. He has both improved existing grant processes and developed new strategies, in addition to providing grant processes training.<br><br>Mr. Minuto's technical and process expertise includes building, training, and managing Agile teams in Scrum and Kanban processes, continuous integration and delivery, and UX design. He's also managed large global programs and teams of software developers, testers, customer success managers, and operations staff.<br><br>In addition to his computer science degree from Florida Atlantic University, Michael Minuto is a certified scrum master and certified product owner. His personal interests include meditation and playing the drums.<br><br></div>]]></description>
