         <description><![CDATA[<div>1 gram of fat contains 37kJ.<br>The adult daily intake of fat should be 25-35% of total energy intake. with no more than 10% from saturated fat. For example, if a person eats 8000 kJ per day, fat intake would be 65 g, or&nbsp;<br>2400 kJ should be from fat.<br>Some types of fat are more recommended than others, eg no more than 10% of daily fat intake should be from saturated fat, and no trans fat should be consumed.</div>]]></description>
