-       I will succeed my BBA4 in the next three month 

-       Keep a constant work habit in order to succeed my semesters 

-       sustain a good balance between personal and professional 

-       improve and gaining more Knowledge / abilities about hospitality within one years 

-       controlling my temper 

-       interact/participate more in class with people that I don’t know 

One of the criteria of Luxury is exclusivity, that means that you will have something that is limited in quantity or is unique. The best example is Rolls Royce, each car is personalized, customized for the guest taste, which means that if you buy a Rolls Royce you will be the only one to have it. 

Today luxury doesn’t only represent items, it is a lifestyle. For instance, a lot of people show their life on social media ( party, yacht, super cars, money ) as a luxury style of life. That means that luxury today can be considered as a way of life, going to the most reputed gym, eating in the most luxurious restaurant, staying in hotels like four seasons or palaces… Furthermore, luxury is not only LVMH or Burberrys nowadays… of course these brands will never lose their position in the luxuries world, it is just that luxury is expanding, for instance Street wear becoming more expensive, new luxury brands are promoting recycled items. Healthy life is also considered luxury, personal coach, bio food, nutritionist… In a world where everything is fast, dominated by work, social statues, money… Having time to take care of ourselves, of our body, of our mind, of our mind is luxury. 

To conclude, in my opinion, luxury today has evolved, having time to do what we want when we want is luxury. 

 

 

In BBA 1, the first week of the semester I made some judgement on one of my team-mate, but I later found that he was very nice and a hard worker which was the opposite of what I was thinking in the first place when I met him. Today we are good friends and did several  projects together. 

 

Can you think of a time when you have made a rapid (non-clinical) judgement about someone that you later found to be correct?

 

It happened sometimes to be right about someone. By observing their comportment we can learn a lot, some people show behavior which is a reflection of them, It happened to me several times to make rapid judgments on people and in some cases I was right.

 

 

Think about how you can to that conclusion and how your actions impacted the other person

 

In a way , doing that may impact the person in a negative way because when we make rapid judgement right or wrong, we never know their story, maybe there is a reason behind something that happened… This is why it is important to stay open just in case. Anyway even if your judgment is right or wrong it is always useful to try to know the person.
