Exposing terrible unsanitary meat production.A muckraker is a progressive journalists who EXPOSES problems in society.His work led to government regulation of food and drug production. An assignment on meat-packing plants led to his bestselling novel The Jungle, in which an idealistic immigrant goes to work in the Chicago stockyards. He had one goal and was to exposed the people who had problems with sanitary.His book became a bestseller. Said by history, Theodore is one of the popular president to ever take office. Later on at the closing of his first term as president of United States, Theodore decides not to run for re-election. But he does advise his loyal fan-base of citizens to vote for Taft in the upcoming election. So the citizens trust in Theodore lead to them voting for Taft and him win election. But the citizens quickly regretted their decision, because once Taft went into office he was the completely opposite of Theodore's ideals. Being govern by Taft angered the citizen as well as Theodore himself. Theodore felted that Taft "went back his word" and the hurts Theodore to the point were he ran for re-election alongside Taft and Wilson. But in the end Wilson won by a landslide and the rest is history. 

The picture below symbolizes during the presidency of William Taft he on a good start path, Once he got settled in that is when he start to make his mistakes. It started with the "trustbusting" . 80 antitrust suits backed away and focus their efforts to republican party hoping to help in a way the not so extreme as Taft's. In another key missteps Taft was Upholding policies that belong to Ballinger and dismissed his right hand man Pinchot and conservationist of close friends to Roosevelt. So basically Taft pursue his on ideals and ignore what backlash he may face and repeatedly causes disorder in the Republican party. The are many misstep that Taft took during his presidency but these two stood most to me even thought there not one the list in the illustration below.

The U.S. and Britain had formed 2 organizations. The U.S. organization was International Council of Women their activist was Carrie Chapman Catt. And the British was International Women Suffrage Alliance British rights activist Millicent Fawcett. British gave women their rights to women in 1894 with their right to vote and to stand for parliament. In November 1918 British allowed women to be elected to Parliament. In the U.S. their first suffrage begin in 1848 which was called Seneca Falls Convention. Lucretia Mott and Elizabeth Cady Stanton organized the convention. They both started near the same time fighting for rights. But British rights were passed before the U.S. it didn't take long for to have the right to vote their rights were step by step not all in one. And the U.S. were fighting longer they went through conventions. Until they made the 19th amendment in 1920 for women rights.
