Lack of clear responsibility for individuals
What areas are for improvement school wide?
Curriculum planning in science needs to be put in place 
Year 10 need to experience a consistent approach that supports them towards IGCSE. Syllabus, past papers. Assessments from past papers. Grades in letters. 

What are our strengths? 
Flat structure, fast response 
Many opportunities to be proactive and take the lead on whatever you fancy. Lead in an area and gain fantastic experience.
