What Mama meant by this was they wouldn't be able to run a liquor store that Walter wants. We know by now that the Younger don't have a lot of money and that they are in the low classes. So all that basically affects the way they live; in a small apartment because that's what they can afford. Knowing that a baby is on it's way, it will get hard. Ruth said " I'll work twenty hours a day in all the kitchens in Chicago... I'll strap my baby on my back if I have to and scrub all the floors in America if I have to-but we got to move, we got to get out of here." Implying that they don't have money and will work in all means. Countless frustrations have not cowed me. I am still alive , vibrant with life. The black cloud will disappear, The morning sun will appear once again. In all supernal glory."  Reading it really relates  to Mama and her life in this book that there will be good days like when Mama was left with her husbands will and bad days when it was all stolen by a man. And in the beginning of the poem it means that there is frustrations in life but you would get through them and move on. The lyrics say that the person will be okay that they will be fine and they the person will face no deafest saying that nothing will bring them down. I see that in Mama, When the white man was trying to kick out the Youngers; offering them a lot of money and then the money being taken.
