No discipline was shown in this video as the teacher seemed to bond with his students, allowing them to walk as silly or slouched as they please. He wanted them to think like he did and to behave in a certain manner. the tried to make the children conform to what he thought was right. Robin Williams showed his students what a normal human response is in a big crowd by using their actions as an example. He thinks that conformity isn't right because people should have their own thoughts and act how they want to (within reason). I think that the 2nd teacher was the more effective teacher because he let his students know that conformity shouldn't happen.
