1- Climate change and the rising temperatures : Algeria has witnessed a rise of temperatures to high degrees because of pollution, some statistics shows that Algeria has warmed by 1.1-1.6 degrees celcius since 1970 causing more occurrences of heatwaves and droughts plus a reduction of rain falls

2- Overconsumption and poor management of water : due to the increase of the population the demand of water has risen putting the government in conundrum on how to evenly distribute water on large areas . This caused the drainage of water reserves

1- Water shortage has a many negative impacts on our environment such as causing the loss of biodiversity and drying up wetlands while also causing the dehydration of soils and the death of aquatic life , deforestation

2- This problem has been a constant concern for me because of the influence it has on my quality of life. Water scarcity caused the dehydration of soils and the withering of crops, which spiked food prices making less possible to buy food with good quality, and since the water is inadequate and it's unevenly distributed it has become harder for me to maintain proper hygine which raises health risks

3- Water shortage isn't a problem that impacts me only but it shapes the lives of every member of my community and poses a risk in its stability while causing hardships. With the drying up of wet lands families have started to struggle in securing a clean water source even sometimes forcing them to go days without it making harder to cook , clean or drink reducing the comfortability of daily life , on the other hands farmers are struggling to water their fields leading to agricultural and economic disruptions . This problem doesn't only effect the economy and health but it also causes a toll on the community's spirit and creating tension between its members
