Different factors that my pupils experience establish their identity, learning patterns, and development, and which varies them from each other. I must also be aware that it is my responsibility to work with the differentiations of my students so that they can learn to their best ability. If I were to neglect these differences of my students as a teacher, it would be my fault that the pupils didn't or couldn't learn to their full capacity. Extracurriculars impact a student's educational success and their identity development

Regardless of the socioeconomic status or educational resilience on a student, if he or she is involved in an extracurricular, they are twice as likely to graduate high school and enroll in a college

A correlation was found that a positive lifespace environment DOES increase the involvement of extracurriculars and academic achievement of students as opposed to those with a negative lifespace environment (1)

Put in the syllabus at the beginning of the year my no tolerance policy towards bullying

Have an open door for not only the victim, but also the bully to talk about anything and everything to make my classroom a safe environment for learning

Understanding that some students of mine could have abusive home lives will allow me to grant forgiveness for behaviors and try and help them in anyway I am allowed to.
