Stress is how our body reacts to pressure from our daily lives. Stress can differ to many people some people deal with more stress then others and behave differently. Stress attacks our amygdala which is the part of the brain that deals with emotions. It is proven that people who have more control over their lives can live longer and avoid disease. Some examples consist of responsibilities that overwhelm you, lost of a family member or love one, money problems and working long hours.
