         <description><![CDATA[<div>Definitely. While you do lose weight on the diet, it’s really only in the short run. The diet itself is quite rigid so there really isn’t any way to change it up if needed. You’ll also most likely get less than 1,000 calories daily on it, which is far fewer than the recommended amount.</div>]]></description>
