This is a huge problem around the world. Here are some ways other countries are facing this problem:

Canada- Classified many Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organizations. Which gives power to law enforcement, slowly stopping their illegal activities. The U.S. has also done the same.

China- Fentanyl origins are in China. Thou, thankfully after the U.S. asked China to control production, they finally did and stopped exporting in 2023.
