Glow: The subject of music is a really good way to look at creativity and innovation, especially given the research that points to the correlations between levels of musicianship and higher grey matter volume in the brian. Useful perspective presented.

Grow: Make the presentation a bit more varied if possible as it progresses. Perhaps use visuals that change as the presentation progresses.

Glow: You outline how funding/ scores alone do not satisfy the means for creating spaces of creativity, open-ended thinking, or innovation. An important POV to keep in mind when we are discussing what structures are necessary for creativity and what structures curb creativity.

Grow: It's a really solid and analytical presentation that is hard to critique. Perhaps background music just to spice it up?

Glow: Critiquing the standardized testing system as the major structure in the way of creativity in classrooms is important. The rugged individuality that is inherent to the system that you mention is one of the structure's worst characteristics, and is a refreshing persective to hear.

Grow: I likely sound like a broken record here regarding others' presentations, but it was good and the main thing that strikes me is how spicing it up with background music could help.

Glow: You kept the presentation pretty modest and everything felt down-to-earth. The visuals felt fresh every step of the way.

Grow: It probably could have helped to add some background music just so the presentation felt fresher down the stretch.
