We have four options for you to explore: 1) Tree of Praise, 2) Mindfulness and meditation, 3) The Hut (social space) and the 4) Park Bench (fringes of the woodland) Choose one of these and click on your chosen option to spend 5-10 minutes to explore the activity. Of course, you can try more than one if you feel like it!


With each activity, we will hope to also offer an idea for you to try in your own teaching practice.
