Need prayer for a completely devastating turn of events.

 

A young man I have known for several years – one who started very young in gang life but seemed to overcome –– was arrested and charged with the murder of one of his classmates at Alabama State University.

 

Pray first for the victim, Adam Dowdell, and his family.  This senseless act has torn this family in two.

 

Then pray for the accused, Ivry Hall for his life, spirit and for truth and righteous justice to prevail.

This is my Breakthrough season

This is my turnaround season

I receive sudden breaks and breakthroughs

Jesus is the Breaker. Jesus goes before me to breakthrough barriers, blockages, obstructions, restrictions, and limitations.

I am anointed for breakthrough.

I have breakthrough grace and favor.

I receive breakthrough miracles.

I receive unusual breakthroughs.

I breakthrough into new territory.

I receive financial breakthroughs.

I have breakthrough faith.

I break forth on the right hand and on the left.

New doors are opening for me.

Jesus, the Lord and master of the breakthrough lives in me.

I breakthrough every cycle of defeat, frustration, failure, and disappointment.

I see a Daniel generation arising! Many of you would say I've been put in a new space, a new arena, or a new territory. The Lord says, “yes, I have sent you there like a Daniel. You are in the world but you're not of it! The Daniel generation is one that will not taste of tainted and false gods. They are ones that find the strength in the presence of the Lord. They know how to go low so God can lift them up. God is saying to the Daniel generation- “I am giving you favor with those who are around you and over you. I'm giving you positions and opportunities”. The Daniel generation is the generation of prayer and a power. They see the darkness growing but they are not intimidated by it for they know what is on the inside of them is so much stronger than what's going on around them. So, I say to the Daniel generation - arise! Do not taste of false gods. Do not let cultures taint you but become a torch in the dark. Become a generation that will not bow down. Become a generation of wisdom. Become a generation of sight! I see a Daniel generation arising!

Every trespassing agent assigned against my spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical well-being is cast out of the perimeters of my bloodline, in Jesus Name. 

I am whole from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. Every Spirit assigned through generation, association, or incantation to me or to my family is commanded to be dismissed from assignment and allegiance. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Lord, as we call upon Your Name today renew our strength, our faith in You and renew our spirit. We will not allow the issues of this life consume, drain, stress or pressure us and pull us into a low place. Take control over every situation and circumstance that we are concerned about...our family, friends,  health, finances, the unsaved, the lost and forgotten, those in despair, those who are incarcerated and their families, our communities and governments, our cities, the nation and the entirety of the earth. We need and welcome Your Spirit into all that exists. 

Thank You, Father, that You are faithful to equip all those whom You call into Your service, so that we may carry out and complete the work that You have prepared for us to do. We pray for the body of Christ to be on one accord, lifting up pastors, teachers, evangelists, prayer intercessors, and all whom you have called to serve in Your Kingdom.  Lord, You know our own limitations and inabilities. That is why we pray that in the power of the Holy Spirit, You would furnish us with the necessary skill and graces to fulfil all that You would have us do.

We pray, that You would provide all that we need to face today and that You would renew our spirit as we rest in Your love and all Your faithful promises towards us. Strengthen us in every way we pray, emotionally, physically and spiritually. 

We thank You, Father, for Your wonderful promise that, "those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."  Father, this is Your Word and Your will for our lives. We will graciously live and walk in Your truths as You fill our lives with strength, rest and peace. Amen.
