         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>30 minutes- Reading comprehension</em></strong><br><br>- Ask the students what are their favorite season and why? Example: Autumn, summer, winter, spring<br>-Ask the students what they would do&nbsp; if there is all summer in a day?<br>- Choose students randomly to read the reading comprehension text.<br>-Ask them to list the vocabulary words they found it is difficult for them from the reading text. (prepare about the meaning of the vocab from the passage) (<br><br><strong><em>20 minutes- My Adventure</em></strong><br>-Assign the students individually to complete the task on the workbook on section A and B.<br>-Discuss the answers as a whole class discussion for Section A.<br>-For section B, choose some students to come and share their experiences about the adventure they might have. <br><br><strong><em>30 minutes Grammar: Possessive Adjectives and Pronouns</em></strong><br>- Write down the possessive adjectives and pronouns in a table side by side.<br>Possessive adjectives: Ask the student to pick their favorite object around them and make a sentence with possessive adjectives.<br>Possessive pronouns: Pass the object to the student by saying this is yours. Ask the student how to say this is my one but in proper language?<br>-Provide the students with some examples of sentences using possessive pronouns and possessive adjectives.<br>-Allow the students to complete the task on their workbook from page 30-33<br>-Discuss the answers with the students.<br><br><strong><em>40 minutes Guided Writing: Adventure story<br></em></strong>-Explain to the students about the writing framework on writing an adventure story.<br>-Allow the students to write an adventure story about sea rescue.&nbsp;<br>-Teacher quickly briefs the children about the useful phrases that can be used to write their adventure story about sea rescue that can be found on page 24 in the workbook.<br>-Provides some pictures about sea rescue that can be a guide for the students to write about the adventure story.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>15 minutes Discussion: Travels Far and Wide</em></strong><br>-Show the kids the picture of the Ornithopter.<br>-Guide the students in doing Part B by using the textbook as the reference.<br><br><strong><em>30 minutes Reading Comprehension I</em></strong><br>-Show the students few pictures of animals.<br>-Ask students to classify the students if the animal is a herbivore or a carnivore.<br>-Ask students what is the difference between a herbivore and a carnivore.<br>-Students share their own knowledge about herbivore and carnivore animals.<br>-Students take turns to read the text in class.<br>-Teacher attempt to ask the students if they know the meaning of the vocabulary words.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>-Reading comprehension II (textbook pg 32-33)</em></strong></div><div>Hot air balloon (non-chronological report)</div><div>-Brainstorming with students on non-chronological reports</div><div>-Random students read the text in the class. After reading teacher asks the students some questions:</div><ul><li>What did we read about? What does the report talk about?</li><li>Where does the hot air balloon fly ? (land, air, sea)</li><li>What are they made of?</li><li>How do we know that this text is a non-chronological report? (It gives us factual information about hot air balloons.</li><li>What is the style of this non-chronological report? (formal/impersonal)</li><li>Can you find any examples of the usage of “I”, “we” or “you” in the report?
