Overall, it is a good reflection. You managed to describe everything you did in these two weeks in a simple but effective way. Good to know that you had your first organisational meeting. Your slide design and layout was professional. It was good to see you used only bullet points in your slides.

You clearly put a lot of information about interpersonal skills into slides and explained them very well with examples.
You selected a  very useful topic that would help to build a good team.
Only one suggestion I have for you, you could have provided some references to the statements and points you made in your presentation. That would have made your presentation more impactful.

It was the first presentation from our batch and I appreciate how you volunteered to be the first presenter.
