         <description><![CDATA[<div>Jump in Reading would help multiple groups I work with-- I would like to try this.<br><br>One challenge I face in working with upper grades teachers (i.e. 6-8) is that the read alouds that are already incorporated are often from a curriculum like Engage NY and are not truly culturally responsive (and not engaging) for our students. But teachers tend to feel like they HAVE to do these read alouds and don't have time to add in more read alouds.&nbsp;Also I'm not sure that reading aloud in class is always incorporating the fluency etc that could help students.</div>]]></description>
