         <description><![CDATA[<div>Not really. It's moderate but consistent exercise. 30 minutes of aerobic exercise everyday (a brisk walk recommended). It's also along 5-10 minutes a day of strength training.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think it's helpful because it's not demanding in exercise. It has great variety, and thus you don't need to follow a strict diet. There are good aspects like having sugar control. Reducing inflammation is always a great thing, and needs to be taken care of. Finally, the balance of carbohydrates and proteins are equal. </div>]]></description>
