Teacher proceed to agree that it is indeed a waste of time because anyone can find out more about STI and HIV online so let's end the lesson early and go for a break. Teacher also state that he/she is uncomfortable with the questions raised. There was no attempt to discuss any questions and off they go for their break.

Teacher choose to acknowledge the points bought up and asked clarifying questions in the following areas.
1. What makes you say that learning about STI and HIV is a waste of time? Do you think that you are fully aware of the consequences that comes with the decision made at the moment in time?
2. Teacher proceed to say that he/she will not be sharing his/her stand. Instead, open up for discussion: Do you think there will be challenges in the society should LGBT be legalised? If yes, what are the challenges you foresee? When is one ever ready to face the challenges when they made their choices?
