This means that it was built right after farming was invented. As you can see, it is a very beautiful place, known for its "Sea of Clouds", a view you can see at the top of the stairs. It is particularly stunning during sunrise or sundown. I don't know how many stairs there are, but if you can get up there, you should get a lot of credit!
