overheard conversation that body was on lake martin road, search found nothing but a perfectly intact phone despite being on the side of the road
suspect could drive copper/brown ford f-250 and likely lives in the county
blood covered inside of toms durango but only visible with trace blood test
after being tested by fbi confirmed it was toms phone that was found
whoever put the phone there probably wanted it to be found, likely a diversion to change the search area
only law enforcement would have known where to plant the phone in location if it was planted
private investigators did not get along with cops from the start and suspect cover-up
cops did not let dog sniff toms backpack
cops think private investigators are cause of harmful rumors

asked penny to go on lie detector test a few weeks after
officers wouldnt talk to radio host about lie detectors but assured it was routine practice in neighboring pampa 
lie detector tells officers penny is lying about what she knows
more than a year she was sending messages to tom but not once received a response
investigators claim she might have moved the body because she was embarrased about him killing himself but penny claims she couldnt even move him while alive and says thats not something she would do
grandfather killed self on lake martin rd, same place toms backpack and phone were found
penny and Chris confesses nothing, penny is scared to let Chris take a lie test because his mental state
lie detectors have been proven inaccurate and not even allowed in court as evidence
never even asked Chris to take the lie test
put Cline the investigator on the lie detector, Cline is ready and exited for the test
sherrif asks to be put on the test to clear name and started feeling like a suspect became nervous, felt like questions were unfair
12 miles from where phone was found a deer trail was followed and it lead to toms bones

the adult made contact with sheriff and cover up began according to Cline
Lewis being a part of cover up would explain lots of unexplained details 
lewis hopes to clear name in front of grand jury
lewis wants to talk about penny and thinks she is hiding information, showed no emotion according to him
blood not on car door when returned to penny
penny and family did not know search area
penny dosent think phone planted by law enforcement but is still confused by the phone
penny not only paid lots of money for investigation but took off school and asked for more law enforcement involved
claimed penny hid body because afraid of reputation about suicide
penny claims didn't wear diapers but old girlfriend says he did, i think he definitely was wearing them but I dont think it has anything to do with his disappearance
rumors of him questioning sexuality but penny dosent think so, I dont think so either there isnt any evidence to show he was into men
