Parent-Teacher Conference Form- this was created a few years ago when parents couldn't come to the school but it can be a nice way to have all parents sign up for conferences where there would be no "fighting" for time slots. You can just post the link on Parent Square and when a time slot is picked, it disappears. It has been translated for Spanish speaking parents as well!

Before Smartphones, I always carried my planner (about 9" X 7"). Now I keep everything written on my calendar on my smartphone. I have been connecting Google Calendar to it with school events on occasion but I don't like to mix business with my home/kids schedules. Looking at your color coded system has intrigued me to integrate them onto one calendar and if I use the added features you taught us, it may be better to use Google Calendar full time.

I was struggling with keeping column A throughout the whole sheet, so happy I learned how to do that. I also enjoy the color coding.

I struggle with trying to correct someone else's data sheets when there is an incorrect formula. I wish I was trained more to be able to tell someone how to specifically correct it because even when I give the cells with the problem, the problem isn't always fixed. My favorite part of using sheets is the ability to color-code the grades. Red, yellow, and green work very nicely. I was happy to learn that you can hide rows or columns so if I wanted to share data, the person I am sharing wouldn't be able to see the data of others.

Learning how to make a YouTube playlist is super helpful. I tend to use the same videos every year but have to re-find them each year. This would allow me to have all the videos I need in one place for each class I teach!
