         <description><![CDATA[<div>What have been discussed are :<br>- Have to redesign another 2 blade holders with backup LR for type, dimension, numbers used in industries (depend on the efficiency of locking)&nbsp;<br>- Add along with former design blade holder which seemed complicated to be fabricated as it uses a lot of helical spring and narrow space of installations (ball and pin locking system) &gt; they have backup LR but not showing the much more simpler locking method&nbsp;<br>- Do a calculation for the edge friction force executed by blade as the blade holder acted using EPOSDC,&nbsp; force of the spring tension towards ball locking, angle needed for comprehensive tightening lock<br>- Compare the assembly and disassembly time as parameters for Taguchi method data towards 5/6 design (afiqah 3) myself 3.&nbsp; Simulation for assembly/disassembly using Solidwork is needed<br>- Recheck the material for blade holder<br>- Get ready to see vendor next week for fabrication of innovated blade holder<br><br><br>Add comment<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>What have been discussed :<br>- Consult with Vendor (Mr.Fadhil) at the Grandmarch Precision Sdn.Bhd. about the effectiveness of blade holder design and it functionality by showing the Solidworks Design and draft to him <br>- The ball plunger method is not recommended as it is less safety in order to disassembly the blade. MISUMI ball plunger is high quality and immense force is needed to assemble and disassemble the blade into the lock. The locking system is efficient and comprehensive. The original ball plunger is hard enough to lock the tool set. The other problem is the dimension of blade is minimal, so that the curve for lock cannot be fabricated to avoid blade fracture after multiple impact.<br>- Discuss with SV on how to reduce the force of impact between ball plunger slot angle into the blade holder using the Vector mathematical method. The after-impact force between blade and cut oil palm seed is calculated (data collected from LR)<br>-  The compression force between ball plunger and blade locking system that can hold the multiple impact of cutting need to be calculated too<br>- Need to do more research regarding methodology and finalised the blade holder design ASAP</div>]]></description>
