Even if someone is treating you poorly, the worst thing you could do is show that anger because that's what they want from you. They want to see how mad and worked up they make you because that's how they get their amusement. I think that we should just always do something to make someone's day. Weather it's just from opening a door for someone, or even just saying "Hello, Have an amazing day", or "Your amazing", or "You can do anything you want, you just have to believe you can." Yes, doing an act of kindness makes the world a better place, but it does much more than that. If all of us could implement kindness into our daily lives, then it will become so much harder to be sad. Or to be negative and down in the dumps. Acts of kindness, even the simplest things can lift someone up and help them have a better day. This kindness will make a domino effect.
