Also, spending time outdoors makes me feel connected to our land. Infants, toddlers, children get to enjoy their time outdoors and makes them go to sleep earlier than usual (lol) outdoor play gets them to move around with fresh air.

When adults goes outside and gets a fresh air or spend outdoors they most likely go for a cigarette or for a walk but for me, i like being out on the land and just enjoy thw scenery and the land around me.
