<title>Choose the Right Rewards- Our brain chemistry generally rewards us for habits, good or bad. As we’re trying to form new habits: rewards = motivating. Poor choices: food (snacks), drinks (a glass of wine), or other (15 mins of screen time that turns into an hour of mindless scrolling). Don’t let your rewards backfire! This leads to feeling hurt and discouraged. Try adding an element of fun or competition!</title>
