She grew up a couple hour plane ride away from the University in another state. She is at school to socialize mostly but for her parents sake wants to maintain a decent GPA. She is willing to work on the project when the group schedules a time to meet up and brings a friendly and engaging personality with her. But she is unlikely to do much outside of the group and would not want to delegate tasks. She feels like she does not know enough about what is expected in a college presentation or how to appropriately contribute. Our group seemed to lean toward more compromise, and dividing and conquering to meet individual schedules, as opposed to coming together to work as a group. Different ways of communicating will give different people opportunities to speak.
