Sometime when i look at Qualtircs for final reporting i feel very overwhelmed with the amount to questions there are but it helpful to see it laid out in one place. I think if I more time we could use the data in a more strategic way to better plan trips, lessons, guest speakers, etc.

To have data to show our funders, not to address or measure the impact of programs. Every year the % of nashers who believe they're leaders are very low - which is not the high percentile we advertise

The data hasn't been helpful because the survey questions don't necessarily speak to the impact of the program. The length of the survey + also the continuous likert scales makes Nashers just click agree, agree, agree - which doesn't make the survey meaningful since Nashers finish it in about 2 minutes and don't usually comment on the reason why they've given these ratings. We need to use survey methodology

The open ended questions in the post surveys have been most helpful for me in terms of getting concrete feedback to implement for future program cycles.. I think shortening the surveys and giving Nashers concrete prompts (for open ended questions) could help gives us more qualitative data to work with.
