2. He is exploiting them. They are desperate and willing to do anything to earn some money. he has a responsibility to take care of them.

Kind a both wrong and good, because on one hand he is doing them a favor and giving them a new chance, and on the other hand he is using them, and take avanges of the society.
2. He is kind of exploiting them, by let them think he is doing them a favor, but he is giving them bad work enviroment. He is paying them less than he should, but more than in Mexico.

It is not okay for the owner to pay the mexicans below the minimum wages, and it is actually not okay for him to hire them too without the necessary papers. 
2. He is exploiting them, because they are paid way below the minimum wages, because he could easily pay them more than he is. It is bad for the immigrants and the country.  On the other hand he is helping them earn some money, but we think because of the bad wages he is exploiting them.
3. The owner - makes more money, but it is illegal .

The illegal immigrants don’t pay taxes so they are a major minus for country’s economy. 
b.    Well a mixture. He gives them a job so they can get money and survive. But they work for a very low rate and have very poor work-conditions, They cannot complaint because they aren’t there legally. If the immigrants didn’t have the job they will maybe enter criminality but maybe there wouldn’t be so many immigrants in the US and there would be more to help make their home country better.
c.    Advantages: for the immigrants is that they get money so they can have a better life and so they can send money to their family. For the owner the advantages are that he gets cheap work capacity. 
Disadvantages: For the immigrants he isn’t getting integrated, he is used, he has very bad work condition and he has absolutely no opportunity to climb the social ladder.

While there is no doubt for the fact that he is exploiting their situation, some would say that the financial possibilities this job unlocks will help the immigrants short term.
