         <description><![CDATA[<div>Comments from two Partners in Part C and 619: Need to better understand labor markets and labor laws, business principles, HR (yet training is in Special Education) -- relates to leadership competencies and TWG members to speak to this. Desire to learn from various funding models cross-sector and non-traditional partners. Ideas shared to look at recruitment/retention with trends... personnel or leaders are tending to stay 3-5 years (so leaders and systems need to be planful in knowing that change will occur). Would be interesting to look at trends in other sectors for trends in change and pathways to develop leaders quickly -- relates to transition planning (knowledge and skills and position job description and on the job training and supporting new coordinators - possibly a role in Navigate). Expectations of job descriptions has so much variation. Need to maintain short and long term perspective during staffing crisis and how to manage in the now to get to the future. Personnel, Child Find, and Finance are all connected.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
