Ideas shared to look at recruitment/retention with trends... personnel or leaders are tending to stay 3-5 years (so leaders and systems need to be planful in knowing that change will occur). Would be interesting to look at trends in other sectors for trends in change and pathways to develop leaders quickly -- relates to transition planning (knowledge and skills and position job description and on the job training and supporting new coordinators - possibly a role in Navigate). Expectations of job descriptions has so much variation. Need to maintain short and long term perspective during staffing crisis and how to manage in the now to get to the future.
