post #1: TED Talk; A simple way to break a bad habit by Judson Brewer

Summary:
So far what I learned about addiction is that you can become well aware of your bad habits if you are curious and study or find more about them. Judson informs us how our brain helps us to contain ourselves from doing those bad things.
Reflection:
I think this is very useful information coming from Judson Brewer because he actually ran test and experimented to try and find out if us, by ourselves can make us stop ourselves from committing bad habits. Everyone has dealt with bad habits that they couldn't stop themselves from doing, it's called addiction. I can relate to this because this connects to procrastination and I think this to me is very helpful because he is teaches us how to improve on all of that. This stood out to me because it is something that almost everyone in the world can relate to it.

post #2: ACLU immigration rights; what NOT to do if ICE agents how up at your house.

Summary:
Basically what I learned is if they show up at your house not to show fake documents or show them anything that is not right. Last thing is not to sign anything without a lawyer.
Reflection:
This is helpful information that can help many immigrants in the United Sates who are scared to even go outside because they fear they might be deported. I know this isn't useful to many Americans but a lot of people who are not from here will find this useful. This relates to me because I myself was not born here neither was my brother and both parents and when I read this I learned we actually have a lot of rights even though we are not citizens. I know we all have family or friends or family friends that could be immigrants and they can use information to let them know we have a voice!

Summary:
After listening to this song over and over I finally noticed that the music video and noticed a lot of symbolism in it and how the video was based in the Orlando shooting. The video almost has 6 million views and many people love it they think it's iconic I haven't heard anything bad about it in the comments so It's more liked than hated.
Reflection:
This video is really motivational. I think the people that need a boost confidence or think they don't belong here should give it a listen because from this video I learned that people who think are alone are actually not we are never alone and I think many people unfortunately don't know that, yet. I know this video will only be important to those who are interested in the artist but that is good because the artist; SIA always portrys good and positive messages to her audience because she wants to let people know that she cares and no matter how famous she is she does not stand for hate and guns.

Post #4: Racism against Mexicans in the United States

Summary:
This photograph show people of 2 different races coming together to stop trying to spread hate.. Trump gave his hate speech that was directly targeting Mexicans in a very negative way. Both races were not happy and many protests formed because of this.
Reflection:
I think that this image is very powerful because we are to races that everyday in the United States are being mistreated and treated as less of a human than the rest. Police killing the black community, ICE patrolling everywhere around the USA sometimes deporting innocents and separating families. You can feel how strong this image can be and to show that we are not here to spread negativity or hate we are just trying to live without fear.

Summary:
Based on my political beliefs I am conservative. For example, I believe Trump is doing good in office, I just don't agree with his beliefs and what he has to say about other races, but I like how he expects hard work from everyone in order to make it in the United States and I feel like that's more in the conservative side. In addition I am not against gun control and I think there are not many democrats like that, that is why I believe I belong more in the conservative side.

Summary:
The party I am most aligned with would be the Republican party because everything I believe is more on that side, I believe in being independent and not relying on the government for help because that would mess up our economy and would make us lose money and that is not what we need since we already are in debt by trillions of dollars.
