Chicken game is a traditional game of Korea. It is one kind of game that people play by running into each other with one leg holding. A person who first fall into the ground lose the game and one who is standing with one leg holding at last wins the game.

2. The origin of the game(20124 양수연)

From long time ago, many Ancestors had fun using power compete like Wrestling. In this process, a play holding  one leg for a long time and they used knee and powers. And human fight appeared.

3. The purpose of the game (20124양수연)

many Ancestors loved playing with powers like wrestling,and they made a new game human chicken game(?). I think they made this game from gamecock (투계(닭끼리 하는 싸움))


4. 닭싸움 하는법(20121 마지호)
  • First things first. Stand face to face with your enemy.
  • Second, hold your leg with your hand and stick it. The side of your leg doesn't matter.
  • Third, run into each other and hit your  
         enemy hard as you can with your leg you are holding.
  • And now, we are all set to Fight!

Jegi kick is a game that kicks jegi. Jegi is a toy made by wrapping a coin in cloth, tying it with a thread, and then stretching cloth into several branches like a noodle string. Nowadays, it has a plastic case with a metal disc inside and a plastic string attached to it.

2. The origin of the game
There is no exact record of how it was made. But according to speculation,it originated from Chuguk(축국), an ancient Chinese movement.

3. The purpose of the game
Jegi kick is a game that increases concentration, and physical ability. It is very effective not only to train the leg muscles, but also to develop the  function of the whole body.
But it is usually used to just play together. 

4. How to play   (20122 박한주 4)
Jegi kick has many kinds of plays. First, there are several games in jegi kick. In addition to the games we know, there are three other games, which we usually know is called 땅강아지. Another game which has a same rule, but the foot can be never be on the ground is called 헐렁이. The third is called 양발차기. It is always the same, but plays with two foot take turns. As you can see, we can play many kinds of 제기 치기 by changing the rules.

닭싸움: I think chicken game is interesting because it is radical. People fight each other by holding one leg. Looking at people who fight is exciting.
제기차기: Jegi kick looks simple, but it has various types of game. Also, it is fun if you actually play it and you can buy Jegi in a cheap price.

닭 싸움: I was introduced to cockfighting for the first time in kindergarten. I remember that I was not good at playing so that I usually hide in the corner and fell down. The chicken fight, which remains in everyone's memory, is so familiar to us. As I was recalling my memories, I wondered why it was called the fight of chickens. In fact, if you think of a chicken fight, they fly little by little and fight each other by scratching and kicking each other with their claws. You'll notice that chicken fighting is similar. In chicken fighting, the legs are folded and pointed and used as a weapon. As they run, they try to climb each other higher, sometimes kicking. Perhaps the name was inspired by this. To me, chicken fighting was familiar, but thinking about the origin of the name, I found it interesting.

제기 차기:When I thought of Jegi Kick, I thought of juggling with my feet. Juggling is a stunt performed while throwing and receiving a ball with one's hands. It was even more impressive to change the perspective like this.

닭싸움: I remember me playing 닭싸움 in swimming class every-time I think of 닭싸움. I was 8 years old back then and I was force to go to the swimming class even though I didn't liked swimming class. Actually, you know what? I liked swimming, but I just hated getting along with new people. But I couldn't claim mom about it so I just pretended to swim hard. One day, a teacher suggested my class to play 닭싸움 together . I had a strong desire to win that I worked  really hard in the game. I felt so light when I jump and I was never afraid to run towards them because it didn't hurt at all when I fell. After the game, my class got very close. I think 닭싸움 is interesting because it helps new group of people to get along together. And also we can play 닭싸움 at any place like water.

제기차기: I don't have strong interest to 제기차기 because I'm so bad at it. But I think this hardness makes intensive proudness in me because one more touch to my feet is special and I think this is the attractive side of 제기차기.

닭싸움:When I first knew human chicken game,I Thought this game would be dangerous and it could broke their legs. But I learned that many ancesters played many games like wrestling,and Human chicken game is just an orgin game like kawibawibo.
