The core tenet of Culture of Error/Productive Disposition resonates most with me. I feel that students needs to feel willing to take chances and try new problems and not be afraid of missing them. Teachers need to create an environment where students learn from their mistakes and students help build each other up and assist each other with majesty of skills.

Perseverance is the tenet that most resonates with me. Throughout my education, quitting was never an option the teachers gave us, and that pushed us to take multiple attempts at a problem even if we did not have all the information we thought we needed. I want my students to take that same approach in which they will try and try again in order to develop a strong mindset so that they can apply that strength to their professional and academic pursuits

My goal is for scholars to know the foundational concepts so that they can then have different strategies to be able to be comfortable addressing different ways to solve. To make a viable argument through discussion will show me a display of their knowledge.
