1/ Récite la suite des nombres jusqu'à 30 à partir de 1 mais aussi à partir d'un nombre donné par l'adulte.

Niveau 1 :

Fabriquer des cartes numérotées de 1 à 30, au recto nombres écrits en noir et au verso nombres écrits en vert et les disposer dans l'ordre de la comptine numérique.

3/ Qui est-ce? Jeu du nombre mystère.
- L'adulte choisit un nombre entre 1 et 20.
- L'enfant (avec l'aide de l'adulte si nécessaire) dispose les cartes nombres de 1 à 20 rangés dans l'ordre. Il pose des questions pour deviner quel est le nombre mystère. L'adulte ne peut répondre que par oui ou non. Au fur et à mesure, l'enfant retourne face cachée les cartes nombres qui sont éliminées.
Exemple de questions :
"Est-ce que ce nombre est plus grand que 10?"
"Est-ce que ce nombre est juste avant 5?"
"Est-ce que ce nombre est juste après 8?"

Comparer la masse de deux objets.

1/ Compare les poids de 2 objets en les soupesant à la main.
L'enfant tient un objet dans chaque main et indique celui qui lui semble le plus lourd.
Dans un premier temps, choisir des objets de poids bien différents, de tailles différentes mais aussi de tailles similaires. Faire remarquer qu'un objet de grande taille ne signifie pas que cet objet sera plus lourd que l'objet de petite taille. 
Faire verbaliser : "X est plus lourd que Y".

Dans un deuxième temps, faire comparer deux objets de poids proches. Comment peut-on savoir lequel est le plus lourd?

2/ Utiliser une balance.
Aidez votre enfant à construire une balance avec un cintre et deux sacs plastiques.

Dans un premier temps, reprendre les objets de poids bien différents soupesés à la main.
L'enfant place 2 objets pesés à la main dans chacun des sacs.
Que constate-t-il?
Le cintre penche vers l'objet le plus lourd.
Faire verbaliser  : "X est plus lourd que Y".

Maintenant que votre enfant a compris le principe de la balance, lui faire peser 2 par 2 les objets de poids proches pour confirmer lequel est le plus lourd. Faire justifier son choix.
Ex. "X est plus lourd que Y parce que le cintre penche du côté de X".
